Jafsu Enterprises is a custom apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We provide screen printing, sublimation, DTG and puff printing, embroidery, garment washing, rhinestone work, cut & sew production, woven labels and hangtags — all in-house. Orders start at 20 pieces per style, samples take 7 to 10 days, and every order can be fully private-labelled under your own brand.
Because printing, stitching and finishing all happen in the same building, a problem found at the print stage gets fixed the same day instead of shipping back and forth between vendors. That is the practical reason our sample turnaround is short and our minimums are low.
Which print method suits your garment?
This is the question we get asked most. The honest answer depends on your fabric, your artwork, and your quantity — not on which machine a factory wants to keep busy. Here is how the methods actually compare.

The single most common mistake is choosing sublimation for a cotton garment. Sublimation dye bonds with polyester fibres and will not hold on cotton — so a cotton hoodie needs screen printing, DTG or puff instead. Screen Printing

The workhorse for bulk orders. A separate screen is burned for each colour, then ink is pushed through it one layer at a time. Thick, opaque colour that survives years of washing, and the cheapest option per piece once you are past a few dozen of the same design.
Digital & Sublimation Printing
Polyester only · All-over · No cracking
Heat turns the dye into a gas that bonds directly with polyester fibres. That means unlimited colours, edge-to-edge coverage across seams, and a print that lives inside the fabric rather than on top of it — so it cannot crack, peel or fade at the edges. The standard choice for sports kits.
DTG Printing
Cotton · Small runs · Photographic
Direct-to-garment printing works like an inkjet printer aimed at fabric. There is no screen to set up, so a ten-colour gradient costs the same as a one-colour logo. That makes it the right pick for short runs, sample batches and artwork with photographic detail.
Puff Printing
Cotton & fleece · Raised 3D texture
A special additive makes the ink expand under heat, leaving a raised surface you can feel with your thumb. A streetwear staple for chest hits and back prints, because the texture catches light and shadow in a way a flat print never will.

Flat, 3D puff and patch embroidery on hoodies, polos, caps and jackets. We digitise your artwork into a stitch file first, which is what keeps a logo sharp whether it sits on a cap front or across a jacket back. Reads as more premium than print on heavier garments.
Garment Washing
Acid · Bleach · Denim · Enzyme
Washing happens after the garment is sewn, and it changes both the colour and the hand feel. Acid and bleach wash give that mottled vintage surface; enzyme wash softens the fabric without stripping colour. This is the difference between a plain hoodie and one that looks broken-in.
Rhinestone Work

Hotfix, acrylic, shape, cup chain and sew-on mesh rhinestones. Placement is done by hand where it matters, which is why this suits pieces that need to read as premium under stage lighting or on camera.
Cut & Sew Manufacturing
Your pattern · Built from fabric up
Built from your pattern rather than a stock blank, so you control the fit, the panels and the seams. Piping, pin tucks, serged seams and panel blocking are all done here. This is the route when an off-the-shelf garment simply cannot carry the design you have in mind.
Labels & tags
Private labelling is included on every order. Your brand goes on the garment — ours does not appear anywhere on it, or in the packaging.
Woven Labels
Damask · Satin · Size & care
Damask, satin and size labels woven to your artwork — neck labels, side seam tabs and care labels. These are stitched in during production rather than added afterwards, which is what separates a real private-label garment from a relabelled blank.
Custom Hangtags
Square · Eyelet · String & ribbon
Square tags, eyelet tags, and string or ribbon tags on card stock of your choosing. Printed, strung and attached before the order ships, so what arrives at your door is already retail-ready and does not need a second pair of hands.
From enquiry to delivery
Send your artwork, garment type and rough quantity. You get a written quote back within 24 hours — no account and no call needed first.
We produce a physical sample in 7 to 10 days. You approve fabric weight, colour and print placement before any bulk production begins.
Once the sample is signed off, the full run goes through our own printing, embroidery and stitching floors. Minimum 20 pieces per style.
Labelled, tagged, folded and packed to your specification, then shipped worldwide with tracking.
Frequently asked
What is your minimum order quantity?
Twenty pieces per style. Sizes and colours can be mixed inside that twenty, so a twenty-piece order can run across S to XXL in two colourways without counting as separate styles.
How long does a sample take, and does it cost extra?
Seven to ten days from artwork approval. The sample is a physical garment made to your specification, not a digital mock-up, so you can check fabric weight, print placement and fit before committing to a full run. Send us your details for the current sample cost — it depends on the garment and the decoration method.
Do you offer private labelling?
Yes, on every order and at no separate minimum. Woven neck labels, side seam tabs, care labels and hangtags all carry your brand. Nothing on the garment or the packaging identifies Jafsu Enterprises.
Which print method should I choose?
It depends on your fabric more than anything else. Polyester takes sublimation; cotton takes screen printing, DTG or puff. Beyond that, screen printing is cheapest at volume, DTG is best for short runs and detailed artwork, and puff is for texture. The comparison table above lays out the trade-offs, and we will confirm the right choice when we quote.
What fabric weights do you work with?
For streetwear we commonly run French terry and fleece from 320 GSM up past 450 GSM, which covers everything from a mid-weight hoodie to a heavy boxy one. Lighter jersey for tees and technical polyester for sportswear are also available. Tell us the feel you are after and we will recommend a weight.
Can I send my own pattern?
Yes. That is what our cut & sew service is for — we build from your pattern and tech pack rather than modifying a stock blank. If you do not have a pattern yet, we can work from reference garments and measurements instead.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with tracking. We ship regularly to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia from our Sialkot facility.
How much will my order cost?
There is no useful flat rate, because price moves with garment type, fabric weight, decoration method, number of print positions and quantity. Send the artwork and the garment you have in mind and you will have a real written quote within 24 hours rather than a range that changes later.
