Dye Sublimation Printing Services That Survive the Fiftieth Wash
Jafsu Enterprises runs dye sublimation printing services the cut-and-sew way: artwork printed onto flat panels, gassed into 100% polyester under heat, then stitched into the kit. The dye lives inside the fibre, so there is no ink layer to crack, peel or fade. Samples from one piece, low MOQ production from 20, bulk price breaks from 100.

What Is Dye Sublimation Printing, and When Should You Use It?
Dye sublimation printing turns solid disperse dye into gas under heat and pressure and bonds the colour inside the polyester fibre. Nothing sits on the surface, so a sublimated jersey feels exactly like an unprinted one — no hand, no plastisol block, no edge to catch a fingernail. That is why fade-resistant sublimation printing outlasts transfers on kit washed twice a week.
Custom dye sublimation cut and sew goes further than pressing a finished blank. We print your artwork onto paper in panel shapes, press the panels, then cut and stitch the garment from them. All-over sublimation printing means the design runs to the seam, over the shoulder and around the hem, because the fabric was decorated before it became a garment.

The trade-off is fibre. The dye bonds to polyester only, and cannot print white — white is fabric left unprinted. On a 65/35 blend the same file returns a washed-back tone.
The rule: polyester plus complex artwork, sublimation wins on cost, durability and coverage. Cotton, use screen printing. Our sublimation ink buyer’s guide explains what the ink demands from fabric and artwork.
Custom Apparel Sublimation, Printed Before It Is Sewn
Six families cover almost everything that leaves the sublimation line, each cut to your block and pressed panel by panel rather than decorated as a finished blank.

Custom sublimated soccer jerseys
Match kits, training tops and goalkeeper sets in interlock or micro-mesh polyester, with mesh zones engineered into the print file. Names, numbers and sponsor blocks are sublimated in, not pressed on after.

Sublimated basketball uniforms
Reversible and single-sided singlets with matching shorts, cut from one print run so the set reads as one design on court. Side panels, binding and waistband tape carry the graphic rather than break it.

Custom sublimated esports jerseys
Heavier poly interlock with a structured collar, sponsor tiers and gamer tags at full resolution. Gradients, glows and fifty-colour illustrations cost the same here as a two-colour block.

Sublimated activewear and leggings
Poly-spandex leggings, bras, shorts and sets with repeats placed on the pattern piece, so the print does not distort across the thigh. Waistbands come from the same panel run as the leg.

Cycling, running and endurance kit
Race jerseys, bib shorts, singlets and tri-suits in light poly and poly-elastane, with gripper hems and rear pockets in the panel layout. Reflective trims and zips go on after pressing.

Warm-ups, tracksuits and fan wear
Micro-poly jackets, pants, polos and supporter tees carrying the on-field artwork. Clubs order playing kit at low MOQ and fan wear in bulk from one approved colour file.
Six Lines That Decide Whether Your Reorder Matches
Send these to every sublimation supplier you shortlist. The ones worth working with answer in numbers; the rest answer with adjectives.
- Fibre content, stated exactly. 100% polyester sublimation printing gives the deepest, most stable colour. Every point of cotton or elastane in the blend is a point the dye cannot enter, which reads as a lighter, chalkier result. Fleece needs the same check; see can you sublimate a fleece hoodie.
- Fabric weight in both units. A 160 GSM jersey and a 4.7 oz/yd² jersey are the same cloth; one conversion slip separates the kit you costed from a heavier one.
- Colour targets, not adjectives. Give Pantone TPX or TCX references. Sublimation is a CMYK process, so a few Pantones sit outside gamut and need an agreed closest match before bulk.
- Press temperature and dwell. Transfer runs near 200 °C for roughly 45 to 60 seconds. Under-pressing dulls colour; over-pressing yellows white ground and scorches elastane.
- Wash fastness, graded. Ask for the colour-fastness grade to ISO 105-C06. Cured sublimation on polyester typically holds grade 4–5 — fade-resistant, not fade-proof.
- Panel layout, not just a mockup. Seam allowance, mirrored sleeves, size-by-size scaling and where the pattern breaks at the side seam, all before the first press.
A supplier quoting against this sheet instead of a screenshot can cost custom sublimation printing services in 24 to 48 hours, and the sample you approve becomes the file bulk is measured against.

One building, one colour file
Printing, pressing, cutting, stitching, labelling and packing happen under one roof in Sialkot — nothing is brokered out. The ICC profile and press settings behind your approved sample are stored against your job, so drop two is pressed to the same numbers as drop one.

Blend checker: how much colour will the fabric actually take?
Drag to set the polyester content of your cloth. Only the polyester fraction accepts the dye, so the figure below is the honest ceiling on colour depth.
How a Sublimation Order Runs Through the Factory
Five stages, whether the order is 20 pieces or 2,000.
-
Artwork and costing
Send vector files, a tech pack or a sketch with measurements. Back comes a mockup and per-piece costing split by fabric, print area and trims — colour count excluded, since it does not change the price.
-
Panel layout and colour lock
Artwork is fitted to the pattern piece by size, Pantone targets matched on a strike-off, press settings written down. Changes here cost nothing; the same change after pressing costs a run.
-
One-piece sample
One pressed and stitched garment in your fabric and fit. Wash it, wear it, measure it. Nothing goes to bulk until you sign this piece off.
-
Print, press, cut and sew
Panels printed to the stored profile, pressed, cut, stitched and finished with your woven labels and tags, with inline and endline checks.
-
QC and dispatch
QC photographs and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking and paperwork handled here.
Four Kinds of Buyer, One Sublimation Line
The brief changes between a sixteen-player squad and a thousand-piece wholesale order. The line does not.
Teams, clubs and schools
Squad kits where every shirt carries a different name and number. Low MOQ sublimation printing from 20 pieces covers a single age group without carrying stock.
Sportswear and activewear brands
A sublimation sportswear manufacturer on OEM and ODM terms: your tech pack and block, or our development, under your own fitnesswear label.
Wholesalers and distributors
Bulk sublimation printing for stockists and team dealers, with price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces and repeats pressed to the stored file.
Esports orgs and event merch
Private label sublimation apparel for rosters, sponsors and supporter drops, where artwork is dense, deadlines fixed and colours must match the brand kit.
Dye Sublimation Printing FAQ
What is the minimum order for custom sublimation printing?
Samples start at one piece and production at 20 pieces per design, split across sizes with different names and numbers. Most factories ask for 100 to 500, so low MOQ sublimation printing lets a club or a new label release a real range without funding unsold stock.
Does sublimation printing fade, crack or peel?
It cannot crack or peel: the dye sits inside the fibre, not on the surface. Fade-resistant sublimation printing on cured 100% polyester typically holds colour-fastness grade 4 to 5 under ISO 105-C06. Heat is the real enemy, so wash cool and skip the dryer.
Can you sublimate cotton or a cotton blend?
Not properly. Disperse dye bonds to polyester only, so on a 65/35 blend the cotton stays undyed and the result is a faded, vintage look. For cotton we use screen printing, DTF or embroidery. True all-over sublimation printing needs a high-polyester garment.
How many colours can I use, and does it change the price?
Unlimited, and no. Screen printing charges per colour because each is a separate screen and pass; dye sublimation printing services print the whole file at once, so a photographic gradient costs the same as a two-colour crest — which is why it is cheaper for complex custom apparel sublimation.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM sublimation?
OEM means you bring the design, pattern and spec, and we build exactly that. ODM means we develop the garment with you — block, fabric, fit and artwork — and you sell it under your name. Both ship as private label sublimation apparel with your labels, tags and packaging.
Can you match our Pantone club colours?
In most cases, yes. Sublimation is a CMYK process, so send Pantone TPX or TCX references and we press a strike-off on your actual fabric for approval. A few Pantones — neons and metallics especially — sit outside CMYK gamut, and we show the closest match before bulk, not after.
Do you produce sublimated soccer, basketball and esports kits together?
Yes. Custom sublimated soccer jerseys, sublimated basketball uniforms and custom sublimated esports jerseys run on one line, one artwork file and one dispatch. Clubs often combine playing kit at low MOQ with fan wear in bulk to reach a better price break.
How do bulk sublimation prices work?
Price breaks apply at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces, and quotes are itemised by fabric, print area and trims so you can see which line to adjust. Cost falls through more units per design and fewer SKUs — not thinner fabric.
