Acid Wash Clothing Manufacturer for Labels That Need Batch Two to Match
Jafsu Enterprises is a custom acid wash clothing manufacturer that cuts, sews, garment dyes and washes hoodies, tees, tracksuits and joggers to your own pattern and an approved wash standard. Samples start at one piece, bulk at 20, and dyeing, washing, printing and labelling all happen in our own building — which is what keeps a reorder landing on the shade it repeats.

What Does an Acid Wash Clothing Manufacturer Actually Do?
An acid wash clothing manufacturer sews a garment first, then dyes and washes it as a finished piece so the colour breaks unevenly across seams, ribs and panels. Pumice stones carrying an oxidising agent strip pigment where they strike, leaving the high-contrast marbled fade that sells a vintage wash apparel range. Jafsu Enterprises runs that process from one sample piece and a 20-piece bulk minimum in Sialkot, Pakistan, shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, the EU and Australia.
A wholesale acid wash apparel supplier resells finished washed blanks by the carton, so the fit, shade and neck label are already decided. A private label acid wash clothing factory starts at greige fabric and an empty pattern table — the difference between selling someone else’s garment and owning a wash nobody can order from a catalogue.

The hard part is never the first wash. It is the second: brands leave a supplier when the repeat run comes back a shade darker, or with the mottling washed flat into an even grey.
That happens when the recipe lives in someone’s head instead of on a wash card — stone weight, liquor ratio, drum time and temperature, signed off against a physical master sample. The numbers below are what that card should hold.
Custom Acid Wash Garments, Built to Your Block
Six bodies cover almost every washed capsule that leaves the floor, each cut oversized to its own pattern so it still measures correctly after the drum takes its shrinkage.

Acid wash hoodies
Pullover, full-zip and half-zip fleece bodies in black, charcoal, indigo and burgundy grounds. As a custom acid wash hoodies manufacturer we add wash allowance to the block before cutting — a hoodie graded up and then washed comes back short in the body. See the hoodie options.

Oversized acid wash tees
Boxy and drop-shoulder jersey bodies in combed cotton, the cloth that marbles sharpest. Any custom oversized acid wash tees supplier should push you heavier: thin jersey fades to flat grey, while 220 GSM and up keeps its contrast. Covered by our t-shirt production.

Vintage wash crewnecks
Set-in and drop-shoulder sweatshirts in French terry or brushed fleece. Terry loops catch the stones and break light unevenly, so one recipe reads as a soft vintage wash on terry and a harder contrast on flat fleece.

Joggers and sweatpants
Tapered, straight and relaxed legs with drawcord waists and ribbed, zip or open hems. Acid wash tracksuits and sweatpants bulk orders run in the same load as their tops wherever quantity allows — two loads of one recipe rarely land on the identical shade.

Acid wash tracksuit sets
Two-piece sets in cotton fleece or terry, processed as one lot with matching trims. Sets lift order value faster than any single piece — and cause returns faster too: a top and bottom half a shade apart reads as faulty even when each passes alone.

Shorts, tanks and summer bodies
Fleece and jersey shorts, vests and tanks at your inseam and drop, with raw, ribbed or coverstitched hems. Summer capsules reuse the winter block at a lighter weight, so one pattern and one wash card carry both seasons.
Six Lines That Decide Whether Your Second Batch Matches
Send these to every acid wash streetwear manufacturer you shortlist. The ones worth working with answer in numbers and physical samples; the rest answer with adjectives.
- Cotton content, stated. Acid wash only strips dye from cellulose fibres. 100% cotton gives full contrast; at 80/20 the polyester holds its colour and reads muted. Under about 60% cotton, little moves.
- Named wash type, not “distressed”. Enzyme, stone, acid, mineral and bleach washes are five different results, and the one you mean belongs on the purchase order in those words.
- An approved master sample. Acid wash is deliberately uneven, so a photo cannot define it. One signed piece becomes the standard bulk is graded against, with a light and heavy limit either side.
- Shrinkage measured after washing. Cotton fleece commonly loses 3–5% in length on a warm wash, and the drum takes its share first. Patterns are cut oversized to absorb it, so washed goods need their own size set.
- Decoration sequence in writing. Screen and DTF prints go on after the wash unless you want them cracked on purpose; polyester embroidery thread survives the drum, rayon does not.
- Shade banding and trims. How pieces are grouped by shade before packing, plus the exact woven label, care label and swing tag going into every garment.
A supplier quoting against this sheet instead of a reference photo can cost it in 24–48 hours, and the washed sample you approve becomes the piece bulk is measured and shade-matched against.

The wash card travels with the order
Cutting, stitching, garment dyeing, washing, printing, embroidery, labelling and packing happen in one building — the advantage of a factory that brokers nothing out to a third-party laundry. The recipe is recorded once and repeated, and your patterns, artwork and wash card stay yours.
Wash Types, Fabric Weights and Lead Times
Every acid wash clothing manufacturer should publish weights in both units, because a factory quoting in GSM and a buyer costing in ounces are describing the same cloth. The conversion factor is 33.906.

How a Washed Drop Runs Through the Factory
Every order takes the same five stages, whether it is 20 pieces or 2,000.
-
Enquiry and costing
Send a tech pack, reference garment or sketch with measurements and the wash you want. Back comes a mockup and per-piece costing split by fabric, dye, wash, decoration and trims.
-
Pattern and wash card lock
Measurements, GSM, cotton content, wash recipe, shrinkage allowance and print sequence confirmed in writing. Revisions cost nothing here; the same change after cutting costs a run.
-
Washed sample
One garment sewn, dyed, washed and decorated exactly as bulk will be. Wear it, wash it, measure it. Your signed piece becomes the shade standard; nothing goes to bulk until it is approved.
-
Production and wash
Spreading, cutting, stitching, dye, wash and dry, then screen printing or embroidery, labelling and packing, with checks before and after the drum.
-
Shade check and dispatch
Pieces are graded against your standard, banded by shade and photographed. QC images and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking.
Four Kinds of Buyer, One Wash Floor
An OEM / ODM factory sees the same four buyers. The brief changes; the line does not.
E-commerce and DTC labels
Drop cycles, not seasons. A low MOQ acid wash clothing factory at 20 pieces per design lets you shoot, list and sell a capsule before the next is cut.
Streetwear brands scaling up
An acid wash streetwear manufacturer gives you your own block, weight and neck label — where a range stops being a decorated blank.
Wholesale and bulk buyers
Distributors ordering wholesale acid wash t-shirts bulk and repeat fleece volume, with price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
Agencies, gyms and clubs
Merch programmes run alongside our fitnesswear production, so one order covers washed hoodies, tees and gym pieces.
Acid Wash Clothing Manufacturer FAQ
What is the minimum order for custom acid wash clothing?
Samples start at one washed piece and bulk at 20 pieces per design and wash shade, split across S to XXL. Most factories with a wash plant ask for 300 to 1,000 pieces, so a low MOQ acid wash clothing factory lets a new label release a real drop without funding unsold stock.
Which fabrics can actually be acid washed?
Cotton and cotton-rich cloth. The process strips dye from cellulose fibres, so 100% cotton gives the sharpest contrast, 80/20 cotton-polyester a softer heathered fade, and under roughly 60% cotton little changes. Polyester and nylon cannot be acid washed, though they can be printed to imitate it.
Will every piece in my bulk order look the same?
Not identical, and that is the point of the finish — each piece carries its own marbling. What is controlled is overall shade and contrast: bulk is graded against your approved master sample, held inside agreed light and heavy limits, then banded by shade before packing.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and private label production?
Both. Under OEM we build to your tech pack, patterns and wash card. Under ODM you pick a developed body and wash from our range and we adapt fit, colour and trims. Either way it runs as a private label acid wash clothing factory order: your woven label, care label, swing tag and packaging.
Can prints and embroidery survive the wash?
Print sequence decides it. Screen and DTF applied after washing stay crisp; applied before, they crack and fade, which some brands want on purpose. Polyester embroidery thread holds its colour through the drum, so it is specified on washed goods as standard.
How much shrinkage should I expect on washed garments?
Cotton fleece commonly moves 3 to 5% in length on a warm home wash, and the factory wash takes its share before that. Patterns for washed goods are cut 5 to 7% oversized so the finished piece lands on your size chart, which is why a washed sample must be measured after washing, never before.
How do lead times compare with unwashed production?
Add roughly four to five working days. Dyeing, washing and drying sit between stitching and finishing, so 50 to 300 pieces runs 18 to 22 working days and 500 to 1,000+ runs 25 to 30, against 14 to 25 for standard cut and sew.
Do you supply wholesale volumes and repeat orders?
Yes. Repeat runs are produced against the same written wash card and the same retained standard, with price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces. We ship door to door to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia in 4 to 6 business days. Payment is a 50% deposit, balance before dispatch.
