What does this privacy policy cover?
This privacy policy covers the personal information Jafsu Enterprises receives through our website, enquiry form, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and the orders that follow. We collect only what we need to quote, sample, make and ship your garments, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.

Payments run through Remitly, Western Union or bank wire, so we never receive card numbers. Without your contact details we cannot reply or quote. We make no automated decisions or profiles about you.

Who sees your information, and where is it stored?
Only people and services needed to answer you and deliver your order see your information. We never sell it, and your artwork and tech packs are never reused or resold, as with every private label order. Recipients fall into 5 groups:
- Our team: staff on your order, plus our New York representative for North American buyers.
- FormSubmit: forwards our enquiry form and any attached file to our inbox.
- Messaging platforms: our email provider, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS and our air and sea freight agents.
- Payments and authorities: Remitly, Western Union, banks, and customs or tax authorities where the law requires.
We operate from Pakistan, so your information is handled there and by providers in other countries, possibly outside the UK, EU, USA or Australia. This policy’s protections apply wherever it is processed.
How long do we keep your data, and how is it protected?
We keep information only while its purpose needs it. Enquiries that never become orders are deleted once follow-up ends; order, invoice and shipping records stay as long as tax, customs and accounting law requires. Deletion requests are completed within 1 month unless the law obliges us to keep a record.
The site uses encrypted HTTPS, buyer files are opened only by staff on that order, and the website is backed up regularly. If this policy changes, we update the date on this page.
What privacy rights do you have, and how do you use them?
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop using it. Email info@jafsuenterprises.com with the subject “Privacy request”; we reply within 24 hours, may confirm your identity, and charge nothing.
UK and EU
GDPR gives rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object. We respond within 1 month, or up to 3 months for complex requests, and you can complain to the ICO or your local data protection authority.
USA
California and other states with privacy laws let residents know, delete and correct their data. California allows up to 45 days; our standard is 1 month everywhere. We don’t sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Australia
The 13 Australian Privacy Principles give you rights to access and correct your information. If our answer doesn’t resolve it, you can complain to the OAIC.
Some of these laws apply only above a size threshold; California’s starts at $25 million in annual revenue, among other tests. We honour the same core requests from every market either way.

We set no analytics or advertising cookies. Google Maps on our contact page and our YouTube video, once played, may set Google cookies.

Not directly. Our services are for businesses, and a youth team roster sent by a club is used only to print that kit.
