Who Jafsu Enterprises Is, and What We Actually Do
Jafsu Enterprises is a custom clothing manufacturer in Pakistan that builds garments from the fabric roll up. We are a cut and sew manufacturer in Sialkot, not a trading office and not a reseller of finished blanks: patterns are drafted here, fabric is cut here, and every seam, print and embroidery stitch is finished inside our own building before the order is packed.
Three categories carry most of what leaves the floor. Sportswear covers match kits, training wear and custom sports uniforms. Fitnesswear covers gym and activewear — leggings, sports bras, shorts and training tops. Streetwear covers hoodies, tees, tracksuits and sweatshirts. We also produce swimwear on the same line, under the same written spec.
The reason brands stay is rarely the first order. It is the second. A reorder only builds a label if it measures the same, dyes the same and prints in the same place — which depends on whether the spec was written down or left in a chat thread. Ours travels with the job from quoting to final inspection.

Because printing, embroidery and finishing all sit under one roof, an order is never handed to a second workshop with its own tolerances. That is what lets us hold a low MOQ without print-on-demand per-piece costs, and why a startup label and a wholesale buyer share one line.
We work as a private label sportswear manufacturer: your patterns, your artwork, your neck tape and your woven label in every piece. Nothing we develop for you is resold to anyone else.
Six Ranges, One Production Line
Each one is cut to your block, your measurements and your fabric weight — never a stock body with a logo added at the end.

Sports uniforms and match kits
As a custom sports uniform manufacturer we build full kits to team specification: a custom soccer uniform manufacturer set with sublimated numbers, a custom basketball uniform manufacturer build in breathable mesh, and a custom rugby uniform manufacturer body reinforced at the shoulder and collar.

Hoodies and sweatshirts
Pullover, zip and half-zip bodies in brushed fleece or French terry, with double-lined hoods and matched ribbing. Drop-shoulder blocks are patterned separately, not graded up. See the hoodie range from a custom hoodie manufacturer in Pakistan.

T-shirts, sweatshirts and tracksuits
Boxy, drop-shoulder and classic tees from a custom t-shirt manufacturer Pakistan startups reorder from, plus custom sweatshirt manufacturer crewnecks and custom tracksuit manufacturer sets cut from one dye lot. See our t-shirt production.

Gym wear and activewear
A custom gym wear manufacturer in Pakistan needs stretch recovery, not just fabric. As an activewear manufacturer Pakistan brands reorder from, our custom leggings manufacturer builds use four-way stretch with flatlock or bonded seams, plus custom sports bra manufacturer moulded-cup styles and custom gym shorts manufacturer liners.

Streetwear bottoms and shorts
Joggers, sweatpants and fleece or woven shorts with drawcord waists, cargo pockets and ribbed, zip or raw hems. Ordered beside hoodies, a custom streetwear manufacturer piece is cut from the same dye lot so the set matches on the rail.

Swimwear and training layers
Swim shorts, team swimwear and light training layers in chlorine-resistant, quick-dry knits with bonded or taped seams. The same fitnesswear line handles windbreakers and base layers.
OEM, ODM, Low MOQ and Bulk — In Plain Terms
Most enquiries start with one of two briefs. Both run on the same floor; only the starting point changes.
- OEM production. You arrive with a tech pack, a pattern or a reference garment. We manufacture to your specification exactly and the design stays yours — the usual route for an established label or agency brief.
- ODM development. You arrive with an idea, a target price and a sketch. We develop the block, recommend fabric and construction, then sample it. ODM suits a first-time brand with artwork but no pattern.
- Low MOQ to start. One sewn sample, then twenty pieces per design and colourway across YS–YXL and S–4XL. A low MOQ clothing manufacturer lets you shoot, list and sell before funding untested stock.
- Bulk when it sells. As a wholesale sportswear manufacturer we run 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ piece tiers with price breaks at each. Repeat bulk is produced against the approved sample, not a fresh interpretation.
- Private label throughout. Woven labels, neck prints, size tabs, swing tags, polybags and cartons in your branding from the first twenty pieces, not only at volume.
- Decoration in-house. Sublimation, screen printing, DTF, puff and embroidery all happen here, so the print sits where the spec says on piece one and piece 1,000.

The spec sheet travels with the order
Before anything is cut we lock six lines in writing: fabric weight in GSM and oz/yd², knit construction, composition and finish, shrinkage tolerance, measurement tolerance per point, and exact trims and print placements from the HPS.
Those six lines are what inspection measures against at the end, and the fairest way to compare us with any other custom apparel manufacturer — ask the same six questions everywhere, and judge who answers in numbers.
Fabric Weights, Quantities and Lead Times
We publish weights in both units, because a factory quoting in GSM and a buyer costing in ounces are describing the same cloth. The conversion factor is 33.906.
| Range | Fabric and construction | GSM | oz/yd² |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sports uniforms, kits | Micro-poly, interlock, mesh panelling | 140–220 | 4.1–6.5 |
| Gym wear, activewear | Nylon-spandex and poly-spandex, four-way stretch | 220–300 | 6.5–8.8 |
| Tees, streetwear tops | Combed cotton, CVC, cotton-elastane jersey | 180–280 | 5.3–8.3 |
| Hoodies, joggers | French terry or 3-end brushed fleece | 320–450+ | 9.4–13.3 |
| Swimwear, layers | Quick-dry and chlorine-resistant knits | 140–220 | 4.1–6.5 |

Weight converter: what does that GSM actually feel like?
Drag to see the same cloth in both units, and what that weight is usually cut into here. Air and sea freight are available on bulk orders.
How an Order Runs Through the Factory
Every job takes the same five stages, whether it is twenty pieces or two thousand.
-
Enquiry and costing
Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch with measurements. Back comes a mockup and per-piece costing split by fabric, decoration and trims, so you can see which line to adjust.
-
Pattern and spec lock
Measurements, GSM, construction, tolerances, trims and print placements confirmed in writing. On ODM briefs the block is developed here. Revisions at this stage cost nothing; the same change after cutting costs a run.
-
One-piece sample
One sewn garment in your fabric, fit and decoration. Wash it, wear it, measure it against the sheet. Nothing moves to bulk until you approve it in writing.
-
Production
Spreading, cutting and stitching, then sublimation, printing or embroidery, labelling and packing — with inline checks and an endline check on every carton.
-
QC and dispatch
QC photographs and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking and export paperwork handled here.
Four Kinds of Buyer, One Factory
The brief changes from one to the next. The line, the spec sheet and the inspection do not.
New and startup labels
A clothing manufacturer for startups matches drop cycles, not seasons. Twenty pieces per design means you shoot, list and sell before the next one is cut.
Established brands scaling up
Labels moving off blanks or print on demand come for their own block, weight and neck label, then repeat at bulk tiers against the approved sample.
Clubs, teams and gyms
Kit programmes in YS–YXL and S–4XL with player names and numbers, plus matching training wear and merch in the same dye lot.
Wholesale and distributors
Stockists ordering repeat volume from a custom sportswear manufacturer for USA, UK and Canada markets, with breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
About Jafsu Enterprises — FAQ
Where is your factory, and does that matter?
We manufacture in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan — a sportswear manufacturer Sialkot cluster with decades of sewing and sublimation depth. Working with a cut and sew manufacturer in Sialkot means fabric, trims and decoration are sourced locally, which keeps lead times at 14 to 25 working days rather than months.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece for a sample, then twenty pieces per design and colourway, split across YS–YXL youth and S–4XL adult sizes. As a low MOQ clothing manufacturer we hold that floor for every range, so a first-time brand and a repeat wholesale buyer start on the same terms.
Do you work OEM or ODM?
Both. OEM means we manufacture strictly to your tech pack or pattern. ODM means we develop the block, fabric and construction from your sketch, then sample it. Most startups begin with ODM and move to OEM repeats once the block is proven.
Can you produce private label sportswear under our brand?
Yes. As a private label sportswear manufacturer we fit your woven labels, neck prints, size tabs, swing tags and branded polybags from the first twenty pieces. Your patterns and artwork stay yours and are never offered to another buyer.
Do you supply brands in the USA, UK and Canada?
Yes — those are our largest markets, alongside Europe and Australia. Orders ship door to door by DHL, FedEx or UPS, usually in four to six business days, with export paperwork handled here.
Which sports uniforms can you make?
Soccer, basketball, rugby, cricket, volleyball and athletics kits, plus training and warm-up layers. A custom sports uniform manufacturer job is priced per set, and sublimated names, numbers and logos carry no extra plate cost.
How do your bulk prices work?
Bulk price breaks apply at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces. Cost comes down through more units per design, fewer SKUs and simpler decoration — not thinner fabric. Every quote is itemised so you can see which line moves.
What are your payment terms?
Samples are 100% in advance. Bulk runs are a 50% deposit with the balance before dispatch, released against QC photographs and video. We accept PayPal, Remitly, Western Union and bank wire.
