The short answer

What Is a Custom Streetwear Manufacturer?

A custom streetwear manufacturer builds hoodies, tees and joggers from your own patterns, fabric weights and tech pack rather than printing your artwork on stock blanks. Jafsu Enterprises works this way: you own the pattern and the label, and we cut, sew, print and finish the garment in one factory in Sialkot, Pakistan.

In streetwear the garment is the brand. A boxy 400 GSM hoodie with a double-lined hood and your own woven neck label is a product nobody else can sell. The same graphic on a stock blank is a print any competitor can copy inside a week.

Fabric weight is where most new labels lose. At 180 GSM a tee drapes thin and reads cheap on the shelf; at 240 GSM it holds structure and justifies a higher price. We help you match GSM to your price point before sampling, not after the first bad reorder.

Not a trading company

Every Print and Stitch Runs On Our Own Floor

Nothing is brokered out. Printing, embroidery, washing, labelling and packing happen in the same building as the cutting and stitching — which is why a colour correction takes a conversation instead of a week.

Screen printing

The workhorse for cotton streetwear, with the ink system chosen to match your fabric face.

  • Plastisol
  • Water-based
  • Discharge
  • High-density

Specialty print

Raised and tactile finishes for drops where the print itself is the product detail.

Embroidery

Stitched branding that reads premium on brushed fleece and survives wash after wash.

  • 3D puff embroidery
  • Flat tatami fill
  • Chenille patches
  • Woven badges

Washes & finishes

Vintage treatments applied in-house, so the piece that ships matches the one you approved.

Private label — your brand on every touchpoint

Every order ships fully branded: custom woven neck labels, satin wash tags, PVC tags, embossed swing tags and branded polybags. Your designs, patterns and artwork stay your intellectual property — we never reuse or resell client work.

Answers up front

Custom Streetwear Manufacturing FAQ

What is the minimum order for custom streetwear?

Jafsu Enterprises produces streetwear samples from a single piece and bulk production from 20 pieces per design and colourway, split across sizes S to XXL. Most streetwear factories require 200 to 1,000 pieces per design, so a 20-piece run lets a new label release a first drop without holding unsold stock.

What GSM should a streetwear hoodie be?

Most streetwear hoodies sit between 320 and 450+ GSM. French terry around 320 GSM breathes well and takes crisp screen prints for spring drops. Three-thread brushed fleece at 400 GSM and above holds an oversized boxy silhouette without collapsing and gives embroidery a fuller finish, which is why premium drops sit at the top of that range.

What GSM works best for a streetwear t-shirt?

T-shirts run 180 to 280 GSM at Jafsu Enterprises. Around 180 GSM the fabric drapes thin and suits lightweight summer cuts. Between 240 and 280 GSM a tee holds structure, sits square on the shoulder and reads as a premium product on the rail, which is where most boxy and oversized streetwear blocks land.

Can I get a matching hoodie and jogger set?

Yes. Matching sets are cut from a single dye lot so the top and bottom actually match on arrival rather than sitting a shade apart. Jafsu Enterprises produces tracksuits and hoodie-jogger sets in the same 320–450+ GSM fleece family, with trims, drawcords and labels specified once and applied across both pieces.

Do I need a tech pack to start a streetwear order?

No. A tech pack speeds up sampling and reduces revision rounds, but Jafsu Enterprises can work from reference photographs, a physical sample garment, or a sketch with measurements. The full specification — measurements, GSM, trims and print placements — is confirmed with you in writing before any fabric is cut.

Is printing and embroidery done in-house?

Yes. Screen printing, DTF, 3D puff, silicone transfer, DTG, embroidery, chenille patches, acid wash and woven labels all run inside the same Sialkot facility as the cutting and stitching, with no third-party print shops involved. That keeps colour matching and quality control inside one team.

Can you produce streetwear under my own label?

Yes. Every order is full private label: custom woven neck labels, satin wash tags, PVC tags, embossed swing tags and branded polybags, so garments arrive retail-ready. Your designs, patterns and artwork remain your intellectual property, and Jafsu Enterprises does not reuse or resell client designs.

How long does a streetwear order take end to end?

A digital mockup returns within 24 to 48 hours and a sewn sample within 7 to 10 working days. Bulk production runs 14 to 18 working days for 50 to 300 pieces, or 20 to 25 working days for 500 to 1,000+ pieces after sample approval. Express shipping to the USA, UK and Europe adds 4 to 6 business days.
