Windbreaker Jacket Manufacturer for Labels That Have to Reorder

Jafsu Enterprises is a windbreaker jacket manufacturer cutting and sewing coach jackets, anoraks, packable shells and full-zip windbreakers to your own pattern and written spec, not to somebody else’s blank. Samples start at one piece, a low MOQ of 20 opens production, and every shell, print and label is handled in our own building in Sialkot — which is what keeps drop two matching drop one.

The short answer

What Does a Windbreaker Jacket Manufacturer Actually Do?

A windbreaker jacket manufacturer builds a wind-resistant shell from your own pattern: sourcing the woven fabric, cutting the panels, setting the zip, bagging the lining, then printing, labelling and packing under your brand. Jafsu Enterprises does that from one sample and a low MOQ of 20 pieces in Sialkot, Pakistan, shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, the EU and Australia.

Sellers of wholesale windbreaker jackets move finished stock by the carton; a print-on-demand supplier decorates one jacket and posts it out. Neither hands you a block, a shell weight or a neck label of your own. A custom windbreaker manufacturer starts at the roll — the same line our cut and sew production runs on.

Roll to finished shell — where cut and sew starts

The hard question is not who makes your first 20 jackets, but who makes the next 500 identically. A shell shows a mismatch faster than fleece does: coated polyester reflects light, so half a shade reads on the rail.

That is what happens when the spec lives in a chat thread instead of a written sheet. The numbers below are what that sheet should hold, so you can hold any windbreaker jackets manufacturer to them.

What we cut and sew

Custom Windbreaker Jackets, Built to Your Block

Six builds cover nearly every outerwear capsule that leaves the floor, each cut to your measurements, shell weight and finish.

Mens windbreaker jacket in black coated polyester with a stand collar, zip chest pocket and a white CUSTOM DESIGN chest print

Mens full-zip windbreakers

A mens windbreaker jacket runs on a straight or relaxed block with raglan or set-in sleeves, storm flap, zip pockets and a stowable hood. Raglan gives reach; set-in holds a squarer line.

Womens and cropped shells

A womens windbreaker jacket is patterned separately, not graded down from the mens block — bust, shoulder slope and sleeve pitch all move. Cropped, longline and oversized bodies run on the same shells.

Coach jackets

Snap-front nylon or poly taffeta with a ribbed collar, flannel or mesh lining and a boxy body. The flattest back panel we cut, so it carries the biggest prints.

Burnt orange half-zip anorak windbreaker with a kangaroo pocket, drawcord hood and a white CUSTOM DESIGN chest print

Half-zip anoraks

Pullover shells with a half zip, kangaroo pocket and drawcord hood. Fewer seams than a full zip, so the panel stays clean for artwork and unit cost drops in bulk.

Packable and ripstop shells

Ultralight 70D ripstop and pongee that folds into its own pocket. Built for event, race and travel drops: low shipping weight keeps landed cost down on wholesale runs.

Lined shells and shell sets

Mesh, taffeta or fleece-lined bodies for colder drops, plus two-piece shell tracksuits cut from one dye lot. A jacket half a shade off its pant comes back as faulty.

Six Lines That Decide Whether Your Reorder Matches

Send these to every windbreaker jacket manufacturer you shortlist. The ones worth working with answer in numbers.

  • Shell named by denier, thread count and weight. 75D/210T pongee and 228T taslan are different cloths at a similar GSM — one smooth and quiet, the other with grain and body.
  • Coating stated separately from the finish. A DWR finish sheds a shower and wears off; a PU coating on the back of the cloth is what holds water out. They are not interchangeable.
  • Water resistance as a figure. Around 1,000 mm hydrostatic head handles drizzle and wind; 3,000–5,000 mm holds steady rain. Taped seams only work on a coated shell.
  • Lining and breathability. Unlined is lightest, mesh vents, taffeta slides over layers, fleece adds warmth. The lining decides how the jacket feels more than the shell does.
  • Trims, named by spec. Zip brand and gauge, puller shape, cord, cuff type, and the exact woven label and swing tag in every piece.
  • Decoration rated for synthetics. Nylon and polyester cure below the temperatures cotton takes, and a DWR face repels ink. Print zones and cure temperature belong on the sheet.

A windbreaker jacket manufacturer quoting against this sheet rather than a photograph can cost it in 24–48 hours, and the approved sample becomes the spec bulk is measured against.

The sheet travels with the order

Cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labelling and packing happen in one building — the advantage of a windbreaker jacket manufacturer that brokers nothing out. Measurements checked at inspection are the ones written at quoting.

Shell Fabrics, Quantities and Lead Times

Every windbreaker jackets manufacturer should publish these in both units: a factory quoting in GSM and a buyer costing in ounces are describing the same cloth. The conversion factor is 33.906.

From enquiry to dispatch

How a Drop Runs Through the Factory

Every order takes the same five stages, whether it is a 20-piece low MOQ run or 2,000 in bulk.

  1. Enquiry and costing

Send a tech pack, a reference jacket or a sketch with measurements. Back comes a mockup and costing split by shell, lining, trims and decoration.

    24–48 hours
  2. Pattern and spec lock

Shell and coating, lining, measurements, tolerances, zips and print placements confirmed in writing. Revisions here cost nothing; the same change after cutting costs a run.

    Before sampling begins
  3. One-piece sample

One sewn jacket in your fabric, fit and decoration. Wear it, test the zip, check print adhesion. Nothing goes to bulk until you approve it.

    1 pc · 7–10 working days
  4. Production

Spreading, cutting, stitching, screen printing or embroidery, then labelling and packing, with inline and endline checks.

    14–25 working days by volume
  5. QC and dispatch

QC photographs and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking and paperwork handled here.

Who we build for

Four Kinds of Buyer, One Production Line

A custom windbreaker manufacturer sees the same four buyers. The brief changes; the line does not.

E-commerce and DTC labels

Outerwear follows release cycles, not seasons. A low MOQ of 20 lets you shoot, list and sell a windbreaker jacket before the next is cut.

Sellers moving off blanks

The graphics sell and the stock shell is the ceiling. Your own body, coating and neck label is where a jacket stops looking like every other listing.

Wholesale and bulk buyers

Distributors and stockists ordering wholesale windbreaker jackets in repeat bulk volume, with price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+.

Teams, clubs and corporate

Squad and staff outerwear alongside our fitnesswear production, in YS–YXL youth and S–4XL adult sizes.

Windbreaker Jacket Manufacturer FAQ

What is the minimum order for custom windbreaker jackets?

Samples start at one piece and production at a low MOQ of 20 pieces per design and colourway, split across S to 4XL. Most outerwear factories ask for 300 to 1,000, so a 20-piece run lets a new label release a real drop without funding unsold stock.

How do I choose between windbreaker jackets manufacturers?

Ask every windbreaker jacket manufacturer on your shortlist for the same six numbers: shell denier and thread count, weight in GSM and oz/yd², coating, hydrostatic head, lining and measurement tolerance. Good factories answer in figures; the rest say premium. Then sample the two best.

What fabric are the best windbreaker jackets made from?

The best windbreaker jackets are usually 70D nylon ripstop or 75D polyester pongee between 80 and 140 GSM, with a DWR finish and a PU coating on the reverse. Nylon packs smaller; polyester holds colour better and costs less in bulk.

Are your windbreaker jackets waterproof or water resistant?

As standard, water resistant. A DWR finish plus a PU coating around 1,000 mm hydrostatic head sheds wind and light rain. For steady rain we build at 3,000 to 5,000 mm with taped seams and a storm flap.

Do you pattern mens and womens windbreaker jackets separately?

Yes. A mens windbreaker jacket and a womens windbreaker jacket run on separate blocks, because grading one down moves chest and length without correcting shoulder slope, bust or sleeve pitch.

Can you print and embroider on nylon and polyester shells?

Yes, all in-house: screen print, DTF, heat transfer, reflective, embroidery and woven patches. Synthetic shells cure lower than cotton and a DWR face resists adhesive, so print zones and ink systems are agreed at spec lock, not during production.

Do you supply wholesale windbreaker jackets and repeat orders?

Yes. Repeat bulk runs are produced against the same written spec and, where possible, the same dye lot. Price breaks apply at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces, with lead times of 14 to 18 working days for 50 to 300 pieces and 20 to 25 for 500 to 1,000+.

Do you supply brands in the USA?

Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship door to door to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia by DHL, FedEx and UPS, usually 4 to 6 business days. Choosing a windbreaker jacket manufacturer USA-side trades transit time against unit cost; our quotes stay landed-cost comparable at volume.
