The short answer

What Our Services Cover, Start to Finish

Our services are full-package OEM clothing manufacturing services. You send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch with measurements; we handle pattern making, fabric sourcing, sampling, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labelling, QC and export packing. What comes back carries your own brand, not a blank with a logo on it.

That scope is what separates a manufacturing service from a supplier. Wholesale suppliers sell finished blanks by the carton; a print-on-demand service decorates one stock garment and posts it out. Neither gives you a pattern, a fabric weight or a neck label of your own.

We build in three categories — streetwear, fitnesswear and sportswear — on one line, against one written specification, so hoodies and gym pieces can run through a single order.

One building, one spec sheet, roll to carton

The harder question is never who makes your first 20 pieces. It is who makes the next 500 identically, a year later, from the same written numbers.

Brands usually change factory after a reorder, not a first order, because the spec lived in a chat thread rather than on a sheet. Everything below is what we put in writing first.

Our services in detail

Six Manufacturing Services, One Production Line

Each service below can be taken as part of a full-package order or used on its own, and all of them happen in our own building in Sialkot.

Paper pattern pieces and a printed tech pack on a cutting table during the pattern making service

Pattern making and tech packs

We draft a block from your measurements, reference garment or sketch, then grade it across S to XXL. Oversized and drop-shoulder bodies are patterned separately rather than graded up, because scaling a regular block gives a large garment, not an oversized one. See our tech pack services.

Sampling from one piece

One sewn garment in your fabric, fit and decoration, back in 7 to 10 working days so you can wash it, wear it and measure it before committing money to bulk. Most factories will not sew a single piece; we do, because the approved sample becomes the spec bulk is measured against.

Cut and sew production

Spreading, cutting and stitching in knits from 140 to 450+ GSM: hoodies, tees, joggers, crewnecks, tracksuits, shorts, leggings and sports kits. Our cut and sew service runs low MOQ drops and bulk orders on the same line, to the same seam standard.

Printing and decoration

Screen printing, DTF, DTG, puff, high-density, sublimation and heat transfer, all on site. Screen printing is cheapest per piece at volume; DTF and DTG suit small runs and full-colour artwork. Placement is measured from the high point of shoulder, so the graphic sits where you drew it in every size. Garment finishes include acid wash and rhinestone application.

Embroidery, private label and trims

Flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué embroidery with a stated stitch count, plus the parts that make a garment yours: woven neck labels, care labels, hem tabs, swing tags and printed poly bags. Private label is in the unit price, not billed as an extra.

Bulk production, QC and shipping

Volume runs with inline and endline inspection, measurement checks against your tolerance sheet, then folding, bagging, barcoding and export packing. QC photos and video reach you before the balance falls due; orders ship door to door in 4 to 6 business days.

Six Lines Every Manufacturing Quote Should Answer

Send these to every clothing manufacturer you shortlist, ours included. Services worth buying answer in numbers; the rest answer with adjectives.

  • Fabric weight in both units. 400 GSM and 11.8 oz/yd² are the same cloth; one conversion error separates the heavyweight hoodie you costed from a mid-weight one.
  • Knit construction, not just “fleece”. Three-end fleece uses a ground, tie-in and pile yarn, which makes it the fullest, most stable sweatshirt knit. Two-end fabric left unbrushed is French terry.
  • Composition and finish. Combed cotton, CVC, 80/20 and poly-elastane blends wash differently, and compacted or garment-dyed cloth holds measurements better.
  • Shrinkage tolerance in writing. The Sanforized standard allows knits up to 5% dimensional change; cotton fleece at 280–360 GSM commonly moves 3–5% in length on a warm wash.
  • Measurement tolerance per point. Chest, length and sleeve each need a stated allowance, or “close enough” is decided by whoever holds the tape.
  • Decoration and trims, named. Ink system, print size and placement from the HPS, stitch count, and the exact woven label and swing tag in every piece.

Any factory quoting against this sheet instead of a photograph can price your order in 24 to 48 hours. We itemise that quote by fabric, decoration and trims, so a figure you do not like shows you which line to change.

The sheet travels with the order

Cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labelling and packing all happen in one building, so the measurements checked at inspection are the ones written at quoting. Your patterns and artwork stay your property, and repeat orders run against the same file.

How an Order Moves Through Our Services

Every order takes the same five stages, whether it is a 20-piece low MOQ drop or a 2,000-piece bulk run.

  1. Enquiry and costing

Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch with measurements. Back comes a mockup and a per-piece cost split by fabric, decoration and trims, so you can see what to adjust.

    24–48 hours
  2. Pattern and spec lock

Measurements, GSM, construction, tolerances, trims and print placements are confirmed in writing. Revisions here cost nothing; the same change after cutting costs a run.

    Before sampling begins
  3. Sample approval

One sewn garment in your fabric, fit and decoration. Wash it, wear it, measure it against the sheet. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign that piece off.

    1 pc · 7–10 working days
  4. Production

Spreading, cutting, stitching, printing or embroidery, then labelling, folding and packing, with inline checks during the run and endline measurement checks after.

    10–25 working days by volume
  5. QC and dispatch

QC photos and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking and export paperwork handled at this end.

Who these services are for

Four Kinds of Buyer, One Set of Services

The brief changes with each. The line, the spec sheet and the inspection standard do not.

New and growing labels

Clothing manufacturing services for small businesses that need a real garment, not a blank. A 20-piece low MOQ lets you shoot, list and sell a design before funding the next.

Sellers leaving print on demand

The graphics sell and the blank is the ceiling. Moving to cut and sew gives you your own body, fabric weight and neck label, with a unit cost that falls as quantity rises.

Wholesale and bulk buyers

Distributors, stockists and uniform buyers ordering repeat volume, with bulk clothing manufacturing price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.

Agencies, gyms and clubs

Merch programmes, team kits and staff uniforms, where hoodies, tees and gym pieces run through one order and one delivery date.

Answers up front

Our Services FAQ

What services does Jafsu Enterprises provide?

Full-package apparel manufacturing services: pattern making and grading, one-piece sampling, cut and sew production, screen printing, DTF, DTG, sublimation and embroidery, private label trims, quality control and export packing. We work as an OEM factory across streetwear, sportswear and fitnesswear, so garments carry your brand and no reference to ours.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Samples start at one piece and production at a low MOQ of 20 pieces per design and colourway, split across S to XXL. Most clothing manufacturers ask for 200 to 1,000 pieces, so a 20-piece minimum lets a new label release a real drop without paying for stock it has not yet sold.

Do you handle bulk orders and repeat production?

Yes. Bulk runs go to 1,000+ pieces with price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000, and lead times of 14 to 18 working days for 50 to 300 pieces or 20 to 25 for 500 to 1,000+. Repeat orders run against the stored spec and approved sample, which is what keeps a reorder matching the first run.

Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?

Yes. Private label is standard, not an add-on: your woven neck label, care and size labels, hem tabs, swing tags and printed poly bags go into every piece at no separate charge. As an OEM factory we also build to a buyer’s own pattern and spec without altering it.

Which printing and embroidery services are in-house?

Screen printing, DTF, DTG, puff, high-density, sublimation and heat transfer, plus flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué embroidery — all in our own building. Nothing goes to an outside print house, so placement stays identical between sample and bulk.

Do I need a tech pack to order?

No. A reference garment, a photo set with measurements or a sketch is enough to start, and we write the spec with you before sampling. If you already have a tech pack, we work to it exactly and flag anything that will not sew cleanly at your chosen fabric weight.

How much do your services cost?

Price depends on fabric weight, garment complexity, decoration and quantity, so every quote is itemised by those lines rather than given as one figure. Cost falls through more units per design, fewer SKUs and simpler decoration — not thinner fabric. A free costing comes back within 24 to 48 hours.

Which countries do you ship to?

We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship door to door to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia by DHL, FedEx and UPS, usually 4 to 6 business days. Sea and air freight are available on bulk orders where landed cost matters more than speed.
