Tennis Uniform Manufacturer for Clubs and Labels That Have to Reorder

Jafsu Enterprises is a tennis uniform manufacturer cutting and sewing polos, skirts, skorts, dresses, shorts and warm-up sets to your own pattern and spec — OEM from your tech pack, or ODM from our court-tested blocks with your branding. Samples start at one piece, bulk at a low MOQ of 20, and every sublimation print, stitch and woven label happens in our own building in Sialkot — which is what keeps next season’s kit matching this one.

The short answer

What Does a Tennis Uniform Manufacturer Actually Do?

A tennis uniform manufacturer makes polos, skirts, skorts, dresses, shorts and warm-up sets from your own patterns and chosen performance fabric, then sublimates, prints, embroiders, labels and packs them under your brand — from a single sample piece and a low 20-piece MOQ in Sialkot, Pakistan, shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, the EU and Australia.

OEM or ODM — two routes to the same rail. OEM means you send the tech pack and we build strictly to it: your block, your GSM, your tolerances, your trims. ODM means you start from our court-tested blocks and change fabric, colourway, panel layout and branding — faster and cheaper when you have no patterns yet. Most labels open ODM and move to full OEM once their fit is proven on court.

A wholesale tennis apparel supplier sells finished blanks by the carton; a print-on-demand decorator prints one garment and posts it out. Neither gives you a pattern, a fabric weight or a neck label of your own. A custom tennis clothing factory starts at the fabric roll — which is where cut and sew production stops being somebody else’s garment with your crest on it.

Roll to finished piece — where cut and sew starts

The harder question is not who makes your first 20 kits, but who makes the next 200 identically. Clubs leave after the reorder — when the colour returns half a shade off, or the logo sits lower on the second batch — and that happens when the spec lives in a chat thread instead of a written sheet.

The numbers below are what that sheet should contain, so you can hold any tennis uniform manufacturer to them.

What we cut and sew

Custom Tennis Kit, Built to Your Block

Six garments cover almost every squad list and season drop, each cut to your measurements and fabric weight — never a stock body with a badge added at the end.

Custom white tennis polo shirt with a bold CUSTOM DESIGN chest print, made by a tennis uniform manufacturer

Tennis polo shirts

Moisture-wicking piqué and interlock bodies with self-fabric or ribbed collars, button or zip plackets and taped shoulders. As a tennis polo shirt manufacturer we pattern men’s and women’s blocks separately, never grading one from the other. See our performance tees.

150–190 GSM · 4.4–5.6 oz/yd² · poly piqué, interlock, poly-spandex
Pleated custom tennis skort with an inner ball short and a bold CUSTOM DESIGN print on the hem, folded flat

Tennis skirts and skorts

Pleated, A-line and wrap fronts with bonded or elastic waistbands and an attached inner short with a ball pocket each side. Custom tennis skirts and skorts live or die on that inner short: too tight and it rides, too loose and the ball drops mid-rally.

180–220 GSM · 5.3–6.5 oz/yd² · 4-way stretch poly-spandex
Sleeveless custom tennis dress with a built-in bra shelf and a bold CUSTOM DESIGN print, laid on a cutting table

Tennis dresses

Sleeveless and cap-sleeve dresses with shelf bras, removable cups and inner shorts, in jersey or double-knit. Panel seams are placed for sublimation, so a pattern runs across the body without breaking at the side seam.

160–200 GSM · 4.7–5.9 oz/yd² · jersey or double-knit
Custom stretch-woven tennis shorts with deep ball pockets and a bold CUSTOM DESIGN leg print, folded flat

Tennis shorts

Stretch-woven and knit shorts at your inseam, with zip or deep drop-in ball pockets, gusseted crotches and flat-lock seams that do not chafe through a three-setter. Youth blocks get their own pattern, never a scaled-down adult one.

140–190 GSM · 4.1–5.6 oz/yd² · stretch woven or knit
Matching custom tennis warm-up jacket and track pants with a bold CUSTOM DESIGN back print, cut from one dye lot

Warm-up jackets and tracksuits

Quarter-zip and full-zip court jackets with matching track pants in micro-poly or brushed tricot, cut from one dye lot per set. Let a tennis team uniform manufacturer split a set across two lots and the bench reads mismatched on camera.

220–300 GSM · 6.5–8.8 oz/yd² · single dye lot per set
Custom racerback tennis tank and mesh-panel training tee with a bold CUSTOM DESIGN chest print

Tanks and training tees

Racerback tanks and crew or V-neck training tees with engineered mesh at the back and underarm — the lightest end of breathable tennis activewear bulk ranges, and usually the best cost per piece.

140–170 GSM · 4.1–5.0 oz/yd² · jersey with mesh panels

Six Lines That Decide Whether Your Reorder Matches

Send these to every tennis uniform manufacturer you shortlist. The ones worth working with answer in numbers; the rest answer with adjectives.

  • Fabric weight in both units. 180 GSM and 5.3 oz/yd² are the same cloth; one conversion error separates the polo you costed from one that clings after the first changeover.
  • Knit construction, not just “polyester”. Piqué holds a collar and hides sweat marks, interlock sublimates cleaner, single jersey is lightest. Ask which, and why.
  • Composition and stretch. 100% poly sublimates best; 88/12 or 85/15 poly-spandex gives the four-way stretch a serve needs. Moisture-wicking tennis apparel is a fibre plus a finish — name both.
  • Colourfastness and shrinkage in writing. Knits are allowed up to 5% dimensional change under the Sanforized standard, and dyed polyester should hold grade 4–5 on wash and rub tests. Club colours must match Pantone across lots.
  • Measurement tolerance per point. Chest, length, skirt hem and inseam each need a stated allowance, or “close enough” is whoever holds the tape.
  • Decoration and trims, named. Sublimation, screen, DTF or embroidery; print size and placement from the HPS; stitch count; player names and numbers; and the exact woven label and swing tag in every piece.

A bulk tennis apparel manufacturer quoting against this sheet rather than a photograph can cost it in 24–48 hours, and the sample you approve becomes the spec bulk is measured against.

The sheet travels with the order

Cutting, stitching, sublimation, printing, embroidery, labelling and packing all happen in one building — the advantage of a tennis uniform manufacturer that brokers nothing out. Measurements checked at inspection are the ones written at quoting, and your patterns stay yours on OEM and ODM orders.

Fabric Weights, Quantities and Lead Times

Every tennis uniform manufacturer should publish these in both units — GSM and ounces describe the same cloth. The conversion factor is 33.906.

How a Kit Runs Through the Factory

Every order takes the same five stages, whether it is 20 pieces for one squad or 2,000 for a season.

  1. Enquiry and costing

Send a tech pack for an OEM build, or a reference kit and colourway for an ODM one. Back comes a mockup and per-piece costing split by fabric, decoration and trims.

    24–48 hours
  2. Pattern and spec lock

Measurements, GSM, construction, tolerances, Pantone references, trims and print placements confirmed in writing. A revision here costs nothing; the same one after cutting costs a run.

    Before sampling begins
  3. One-piece sample

One sewn garment in your fabric, fit and decoration. Play in it, wash it, measure it. Nothing goes to bulk until you approve it.

    1 pc · 7–10 working days
  4. Production

Spreading, cutting, stitching, sublimation or screen printing, embroidery, labelling and packing, with inline and endline checks.

    14–25 working days by volume
  5. QC and dispatch

QC photographs and video reach you before the balance falls due, then express dispatch with tracking and paperwork handled here.

Who we build for

Four Kinds of Buyer, One Production Line

Tennis apparel manufacturers see the same four buyers. The brief changes; the line does not.

Clubs, schools and teams

Squad kits with player names, numbers and sponsor panels in youth and adult blocks, cut from one dye lot and repeated season after season against the same spec.

DTC and e-commerce labels

A low MOQ of 20 pieces per design lets you shoot, list and sell a capsule before the next one is cut.

Wholesale and distributors

Repeat volume from a wholesale tennis apparel supplier that also builds to your own spec, with bulk price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+.

Academies, coaches and clubs’ gyms

Training ranges alongside our fitnesswear production, so one order covers court kit, warm-ups and gym pieces.

Tennis Uniform Manufacturer FAQ

What is the minimum order for custom tennis uniforms?

Samples start at one piece and bulk at a low MOQ of 20 pieces per design and colourway, split across YS–YXL youth and S–4XL adult sizes. Most tennis apparel manufacturers ask for 200 to 1,000 pieces, so a 20-piece run lets a club kit one squad without funding stock it has not yet sold.

Do you work OEM or ODM?

Both. OEM means we manufacture strictly to your tech pack, patterns and tolerances. ODM means you pick one of our court-tested blocks and we adapt fabric, colourway, panel layout, trims and branding — useful when you have artwork but no patterns. ODM samples faster; OEM gives you a fit nobody else sells. Your artwork and patterns stay yours either way.

What fabric is best for tennis uniforms?

For polos, 150–190 GSM poly piqué or interlock with a wicking finish. For skirts, skorts and shorts, 180–220 GSM four-way stretch poly-spandex at 88/12 or 85/15. For warm-ups, 220–300 GSM micro-poly or brushed tricot. High polyester content matters twice: it wicks, and it is what custom sublimated tennis kits need to hold colour.

Can you produce full-colour sublimated team kits?

Yes. Sublimation is printed onto the panels before assembly, so gradients, sponsor blocks and player numbers run across seams without cracking, peeling or adding weight. It suits multi-colour club kits; screen printing, DTF and embroidery stay better value for a one- or two-colour crest on a custom tennis polo shirt.

Do you supply clubs and brands in the USA?

Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship door to door to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia by DHL, FedEx and UPS, usually 4 to 6 business days. An overseas custom tennis clothing factory trades transit time against unit cost; our quotes stay landed-cost comparable at volume.

Can I get affordable bulk tennis apparel and repeat orders?

Cost drops through fewer SKUs, more units per design, simpler decoration and a locked spec — not thinner fabric. Bulk price breaks apply at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces, with lead times of 14–18 working days for 50–300 pieces and 20–25 for 500–1,000+. Repeat runs are cut against the same written spec; payment is a 50% deposit, balance before dispatch against QC photos and video.
