Tech Pack Services That Get Your Sample Right the First Time
Jafsu Enterprises offers tech pack services for clothing brands that want the sample to match the idea. Our apparel tech pack services turn a sketch, a reference garment or a mood board into a factory ready tech pack, written by the same Sialkot team that cuts and sews it, with a low MOQ of 20 pieces when you move to bulk.

What Are Tech Pack Services?
Tech pack services produce the technical document a factory builds your garment from: flat drawings, a measurement chart, a bill of materials, construction notes, colors, artwork placement and packing instructions. Jafsu Enterprises writes that document and then produces from it, with samples from one piece, a low MOQ of 20 and bulk runs priced from 100 pieces.
A tech pack is to a garment what a floor plan is to a house. Without one, a factory fills the gaps with its own habits: its stock hood shape, its default rib, its nearest thread color. With one, every decision is yours and it is written down. That holds under either OEM / ODM route. OEM means you bring the design and we build it to your spec; ODM means our team develops the design from your brief. Both end in the same locked file, used on our cut and sew line.

Most sampling rounds fail for the same reason: the brief said “relaxed fit” where it should have said “62 cm half chest”. Every repeat round costs another week or more plus courier time. Good tech pack services remove that guesswork before the first cut.
Custom Tech Pack Design, Page by Page
Every custom tech pack design we deliver covers the six sections a factory needs to cost, sample and produce without guessing. For a plain-English walkthrough and a free template, read what is a tech pack.

Vector Flat Sketches
Front, back and detail views drawn to proportion in vector, with callouts for seams, stitch types, trims and artwork. A pocket drawn at 18 cm reads as 18 cm, not an artist’s guess.

Measurement Spec Sheet & Size Grading
Every point of measure named, with how to measure it and a tolerance beside it. Grading runs from your approved base size across YS–YXL youth and S–4XL adult.

Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation
Fabric composition and GSM, thread, zips, drawcords, eyelets, labels and packaging, each with placement and usage per garment. Bill of materials (BOM) creation is also where your costing comes from, line by line.

Colorway & Pantone Matching
Each colorway listed against Pantone TCX references for fabric and print, with thread and trim colors tied to the same codes. Colors are signed off on the sample, so a reorder does not come back a half-shade off.

Garment Packaging & Labeling Specs
Neck label, care label, hangtag and poly bag written out with size, position, fold and wording. These specs feed straight into woven label and hangtag production on the same floor.

Construction and Artwork Placement
Seam type, stitches per inch, hem finish and every print or embroidery position measured from a fixed point. This is the core of garment spec sheet design, and the page most first-time packs leave out.
Why a Factory Ready Tech Pack Saves Your Bulk Run
A factory ready tech pack answers the questions a pattern cutter would otherwise send you on WhatsApp. These six lines decide whether yours does.
- Measurements with a method. “Chest” is not a spec. “Half chest, 2 cm below armhole, laid flat” is.
- A tolerance on every point. An allowance such as ±1 cm on body width tells the inspector what a pass looks like.
- Fabric by composition and weight. 100% cotton fleece at 400 GSM and cotton-poly at 320 GSM are different hoodies with the same name.
- Named trims. Drawcord width and tip, zip length and teeth, rib type. Trims are where a cheap quote hides.
- Artwork with size and position. Print width in centimetres from the collar seam or centre front, plus the method: screen printing, embroidery, puff or DTG.
- Wash and shrinkage notes. Cotton jersey and fleece move on the first wash, so the pack should say whether measurements are before or after.
A pack that covers these lines can be costed inside 24–48 hours, and the sample you approve becomes the reference every bulk order is measured against.

Written by the people who sew it
Our fashion tech pack designer works beside the cutting table, not in a separate studio. Printing, embroidery, stitching, labeling and packing all run in-house, so every spec is checked against how the garment is actually made.

How Our Tech Pack Services Work
Five stages, whether the pack leads to a 20-piece low MOQ drop or a bulk order.
-
Brief and references
Send a sketch, a reference garment, photos or an existing pack that needs fixing. Back comes a mockup and itemised costing.
-
Flats and spec draft
Flat sketches, points of measure, BOM and colorways are drafted and sent to you for comments.
-
Sample from the pack
One piece made strictly from the document, so every gap shows up now rather than in bulk.
-
Revise and lock
Fit, color and label corrections go back into the pack. The approved version becomes the production file.
-
Bulk production
Cutting, stitching, printing or embroidery, labeling and packing to the locked pack, with QC photos and video before the balance.
Tech Packs for Four Kinds of Buyer
The garment changes from brief to brief. The discipline of the document does not.
Streetwear labels
Streetwear tech pack design for drop cycles: oversized blocks, heavyweight fleece and print placement that repeats from drop to drop. See our streetwear production.
Sportswear and teamwear
Sportswear tech pack services covering panel maps, sublimation files, name and number positions and performance fabric callouts, built for our sportswear line.
Hoodie-led brands
Hoodie tech pack design is the pack we write most: hood depth, lining, drawcord, pocket and rib, all fixed before a single custom hoodie is cut.
Startups and bulk buyers
First-time founders get a designer who explains each page. Bulk and wholesale buyers get one locked file for every reorder, with price breaks from 100 pieces.
Tech Pack Services FAQ
What do tech pack services include?
Our tech pack services cover vector flat sketches, a measurement spec sheet with size grading, bill of materials (BOM) creation, colorways with Pantone references, construction and artwork placement, and garment packaging and labeling specs. Each section is sent to you for comments before the sample is made.
Do I need a tech pack before I place an order?
Not to start. Many clients send a sketch or a reference garment and we build the pack from there. You do need one before bulk, because it is the document every sample, low MOQ first run and bulk reorder is checked against.
What is the minimum order once the tech pack is done?
Samples start at one piece and production at a low MOQ of 20 pieces per design and colorway, with sizes from YS–YXL youth and S–4XL adult. Bulk orders get price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM tech packs?
Under OEM, you supply the design and we turn it into a factory ready tech pack and produce it. Under ODM, our team develops the design from your brief. Both routes end in the same locked document that production follows.
How long does a tech pack take?
Your mockup and itemised costing come back within 24–48 hours. The time for the full pack depends on how many styles and colorways it covers, and is confirmed with your quote. The first sample follows in 7–10 working days once the draft is approved.
Can you fix or finish an existing tech pack?
Yes. Send the file you have and we review it against how the garment will be produced, then fill in what is missing, usually points of measure, tolerances, trims or artwork positions.
Do you work with brands in the USA and UK?
Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship door to door to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia, usually in 4 to 6 business days.
