Four methods cover almost every order, all in-house. Which fits depends on the fabric, the colour count, and whether the graphic crosses a seam.
Sublimation
Dye bonds into polyester rather than sitting on top, so full-panel graphics survive stretch and washing. The default for match kits.

Honest limits
When is Jafsu not the right sportswear manufacturer?
A factory that suits everyone suits nobody. Three situations where Jafsu fits, and three where you will do better elsewhere.
- Good fit — a club or school buying 20 to 300 kit pieces with names, numbers and a crest.
- Look elsewhere — you need garments in hand inside 10 days; sampling alone takes 7 to 10.
- Good fit — a new label wanting its own pattern, fabric weight and neck label rather than a decorated blank.
- Look elsewhere — your design is untested and you are not ready to hold any stock.
- Good fit — a gym or trainer ordering a repeat range across several colourways each season.
- Look elsewhere — your buyer requires audited factory certifications; Jafsu holds none and says so.
Two limits stated plainly. A 20-piece run costs more per piece than a 300-piece run, because cutting and changeover are fixed costs spread across fewer garments — a low minimum buys lower risk, not a lower unit price. And Jafsu claims no client counts, awards or certifications, because none are independently verified.

Can you sublimate a full-colour design across an entire jersey?
Yes, on polyester and poly-blend knits. Dye bonds into the fibre, so panel graphics print edge to edge without cracking. It does not work on cotton.
Do you do embroidery and screen printing in-house?
All decoration runs inside the Jafsu building: sublimation, screen print, DTF, 3D puff, rhinestone, embroidery and woven badges. Nothing goes to a third-party decorator.
How do payments work?
Samples are 100% in advance. Bulk is 50% deposit and 50% before dispatch, released against QC photos and video of the finished run.
