Custom Soccer Jersey Manufacturer for Clubs, Schools and Academies
Jafsu Enterprises is a soccer jersey manufacturer building fully sublimated football kits from your own artwork — jerseys, shorts, socks, goalkeeper sets and training wear. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are printed into the fabric, not pressed onto it. One sample piece before you commit, production from 20.
The short answer
What Does a Soccer Jersey Manufacturer Actually Do?
A soccer jersey manufacturer cuts and sews a kit to your club’s own design rather than printing a badge onto a stock jersey pulled off a shelf. The crest, sponsor blocks, collar trim, sleeve pattern and squad numbers are all part of the artwork before a single panel is cut.
Jafsu Enterprises manufactures custom soccer jerseys by sublimation: the design is printed into polyester fabric panels, which are then cut and stitched into a finished garment. Because the ink dyes the fibre instead of sitting on top of it, a sublimated jersey will not crack, peel or fade the way a heat-pressed number does after a season of washing.
The practical difference for a club is squad flexibility. Numbers, player names and sizes are set per garment at no extra tooling cost, so a 24-player squad with 24 different numbers costs the same per shirt as 24 identical shirts.

The Kit Is Made Where the Quote Comes From
Plenty of suppliers quoting soccer kits are trading companies placing your order with a factory they have never visited. When a colour is wrong or a size runs short, the answer travels through three people before it reaches anyone who can fix it.
Jafsu Enterprises cuts, prints, stitches and packs in one building in Sialkot. The person who sends your mockup can walk to the machine running your order. That is the whole reason a correction here takes hours rather than a week.
The hard numbers
Fabric, GSM and Order Specifications
Fabric weight decides how a kit moves, breathes and lasts. These are the ranges we run for soccer teamwear — match the weight to your climate and season rather than ordering blind.
| Garment | Fabric | GSM | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Match jersey | Interlock knit, 100% polyester | 150–180 | All-round matchday use |
| Match jersey — hot climate | Birdseye mesh | 140–160 | Summer leagues, high airflow |
| Shorts | Micro poly | 150–190 | Light, quick-drying, opaque |
| Goalkeeper shirt | Interlock with padded panels | 180–220 | Impact protection |
| Training top | Poly-spandex, four-way stretch | 180–220 | Movement in drills |
| Stage | What happens | Quantity / time |
|---|---|---|
| Digital mockup | Artwork placed on the kit template, costing returned | 24–48 hrs |
| Sample | One sewn jersey for fit, colour and print approval | 1 pc · 7–10 days |
| Single squad | One team, mixed sizes and squad numbers | 20–40 pcs |
| Club order 50–300 pcs | Multiple age groups, inline and endline QC | 14–18 days |
| League order 500–1,000+ pcs | Volume run, price breaks at 100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000+ | 20–25 days |
| Delivery | Door-to-door express via DHL, FedEx or UPS | 4–6 days |
Lead times are working days and begin after sample approval. Clubs ordering for a season start should allow roughly eight weeks from first enquiry to kit in the changing room. Air cargo and sea freight are available where transit speed matters less than cost.

How a Kit Order Actually Runs
Quote & mockup
Send your crest, colours and any reference kit. You get itemised per-piece costing and a digital mockup on the kit template — not a vague price range.
One-piece sample
A single sewn jersey in your fabric and colours. Check the fit, the colour match and the print before any squad-sized commitment exists.
Squad list & production
Send the size, name and number list. Cutting, sublimation and stitching run with inline and endline inspection on measurements and seam strength.
QC photos & dispatch
Final QC photos and video reach you before the balance is due. Then express dispatch with tracking and customs paperwork handled.
Samples are 100% in advance by PayPal, Remitly, Western Union or bank wire. Bulk runs on a 50% deposit to cut material and prepare printing, with the 50% balance due before dispatch — against the QC photos and video, so you see the kit before you release the balance.

Answers up front
Custom Soccer Uniform FAQ
Are you a soccer jersey manufacturer or a trading company?
Jafsu Enterprises is a soccer jersey manufacturer, not a trading company. Cutting, sublimation, stitching, embroidery and packing all happen in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so nothing is subcontracted to a third-party print shop between your order and your kit.
What is the minimum order for custom soccer uniforms?
Jafsu Enterprises produces samples from a single piece and bulk production from 20 pieces per design, split across sizes S to XXL. Most kit manufacturers require 200 pieces or more, so a 20-piece run lets a single squad order a full custom strip without a league-sized commitment.
Are player names and numbers included in the price?
Yes. Because kits are sublimated, names and numbers are printed into the artwork before the fabric is cut, so there is no per-name setup charge and no heat-pressed vinyl to peel. Send your squad list with the order and every shirt arrives with the correct name, number and size.
How long does a soccer kit order take?
A digital mockup returns within 24 to 48 hours and a sewn sample within 7 to 10 working days. Bulk production runs 14 to 18 working days for 50 to 300 pieces, or 20 to 25 working days for 500 to 1,000+ pieces after sample approval. Express shipping adds 4 to 6 business days. Clubs should allow about eight weeks from first enquiry to delivery before a season starts.
Can you match our exact club colours?
Yes. Supply your colours as Pantone references or as vector artwork and the sublimation is matched to them. The one-piece sample exists so you can see the printed colour on the actual fabric before production, since the same code prints slightly differently on interlock than on mesh.
Do we need finished artwork to order?
No. A vector crest and your colours speed things up, but Jafsu Enterprises can work from a reference kit, a photograph of your existing strip, or a sketch. The full specification — measurements, GSM, colours and print placements — is confirmed with you in writing before any fabric is cut.
Can we add sponsor logos to the kit?
Yes. Sponsor blocks are part of the sublimation artwork, so front, back and sleeve sponsors cost nothing extra per shirt. Send the logos as vector files with the placement you want and they appear on the digital mockup before production.
Is the printing done in-house or outsourced?
Everything runs in-house at Jafsu Enterprises. Sublimation, screen printing, DTF, embroidery, chenille patches, woven labels and packing all happen in the same facility as cutting and stitching, with no third-party print shops involved.
Where is the factory and which countries do you ship to?
Jafsu Enterprises manufactures in Tibba Jalian, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Finished orders ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe and Australia by DHL, FedEx and UPS express, with air cargo and sea freight available for larger league orders.
What are the payment terms?
Samples are 100% in advance via PayPal, Remitly, Western Union or bank wire. Bulk orders run on a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch and released against final QC photographs and video, so you inspect the kit before paying the balance.
