Clothing Manufacturer Pricing, Itemised Before You Pay
Jafsu Enterprises prices every order from your spec, not from a price list. Send your design and quantity and you get an itemised costing and mockup within 24–48 hours, from a 1-piece sample to price breaks at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
Order terms at a glance
How Does Jafsu Enterprises Price Custom Clothing?
We price each order from its spec: fabric, cutting and sewing, decoration per placement, trims, labels and packaging, and sampling. The costing comes back line by line within 24–48 hours. Production starts at 20 pieces per design and colourway, and the unit price drops at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
A price list only holds for one garment in one fabric. Change the fabric weight, add a back print or drop from 300 pieces to 40, and the number moves. So we quote your exact garment, in writing, before you pay anything, and the quote also shows where the next price break sits.
What Each Order Size Gets You
Quantities here are pieces per design and colourway, the way our minimum is counted. The tier tells you where your unit price sits on the scale; your quote gives the exact figure.
One sewn piece to check fit, fabric and decoration before you commit to bulk. Made from your tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment.
The lowest total spend for a first drop. Each piece carries a bigger share of the one-off setup, so the unit price is at its highest, but you hold far less stock.
Setup costs spread across more pieces, so each one costs less than in a startup run. Orders of 50–300 pieces take 14–18 working days after sample sign-off.
The first point where the unit price steps down on your quote. Reaching it with fewer colourways usually costs less than spreading the same pieces across more.
Each break lowers the unit price again. Runs of 500 pieces and above take 20–25 working days, and air cargo or sea freight can bring the landed cost down further.
The lowest unit price on our scale, cut, sewn and decorated in one building in Sialkot rather than passed to a trading house.
A design in three colourways at 40 pieces each is three startup runs of 40, not one run of 120. If you are close to a break, the planner below shows whether fewer colourways would reach it.
Plan Your Order Around the Next Price Break
Set your designs, colourways and pieces. You’ll see your tier, how far you are from the next price break, the lead time we publish for that order size and your payment steps. Prices come on your itemised quote, not from a calculator.

What Your Itemised Quote Shows
Every quote splits the price into lines, so you can see what each choice costs and change the ones that matter to you.
Fabric
Weight in GSM, composition and a stock or custom-dyed colour. Usually the largest single line, so fix it before you compare quotes.
Cutting and sewing
The labour to cut and assemble your pattern. Extra panels, zips, pockets and double layers add minutes to every garment.
Decoration
Priced per placement: screen print by colours, embroidery by stitch count and size, sublimation, DTG, puff or rhinestone by method and area.
Trims
Zips, drawcords, eyelets, elastic and any custom hardware such as branded pullers or snaps.
Labels and packaging
Woven neck label, care and size labels, swing tag and polybag come with every private label build, and still show as their own line.
Sampling and setup
The sample, plus one-off costs paid once per design: patterns, cutting markers, print screens and embroidery digitising.
Unit price ≈ cost per piece + (one-off setup costs ÷ quantity)
This is why price breaks exist. Fabric, sewing and labels cost roughly the same per piece at any quantity, but setup is paid once per design. At 20 pieces each garment carries a large share of it; at 300, a small one.

Shipping, Duty and Your Landed Cost
We ship door to door to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Express courier by DHL, FedEx or UPS takes 4–6 business days; air cargo and sea freight are available on bulk orders where cost matters more than speed.
Landed cost per piece = (factory price × quantity + sampling + freight + import duty + customs fees) ÷ quantity
Import duty depends on your garment’s commodity code, its fibre content and where it is going, and rates change. Check your code before you set a retail price:
- USA: Harmonized Tariff Schedule
- UK: UK Trade Tariff
- EU: TARIC database
For a first import, a customs broker or freight forwarder can confirm the code and the fees at your end.
When we are not the cheapest option
If all you need is a stock blank with your print on it, a blank supplier will usually beat any cut-and-sew price at low quantities, because blanks are made in huge runs of one standard style.
Our quote pays for something different: your own pattern, fabric weight and colour, your label, and a sample you approve before bulk. If that is what your brand needs, the itemised quote shows exactly what it costs.
Questions About Our Pricing
Do you have a fixed price list?
No. Every order is priced from its spec, because fabric, decoration and quantity change the number. Send your design and quantity and an itemised costing and mockup come back within 24–48 hours.
What is the minimum order?
Production starts at 20 pieces per design and colourway. Samples start at 1 piece, so you can check fit and quality before you order bulk.
Where do the price breaks fall?
The unit price steps down at 100, 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces. Your quote shows the price at your quantity and at the next break, so you can decide whether to go up.
Do I pay for the sample?
Yes. Samples are paid 100% in advance and take 7–10 working days. One sample lets you check fit, fabric and decoration before you pay a bulk deposit.
What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
A 50% deposit starts production. The 50% balance is due before dispatch, after you approve QC photos and video of the finished run. We accept PayPal, Remitly, Western Union and bank wire.
Are shipping and import duty included in the price?
No. The factory price excludes freight and import duty. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS takes 4–6 business days, with air cargo and sea freight for larger orders; duty and customs fees are paid at your end.
